My counselling approach is neuro-affirming, person-centred and compassionate, grounded in respect for each client’s lived experience. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you are supported to explore what matters to you, at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
My work is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and aligns with ACA-recognised, evidence-based practice. Together, we focus on building psychological flexibility, self-understanding and values-guided change, while honouring neurodiversity, individual strengths and the complexity of human experience.
Meditation is key to increasing self-awareness, managing stress and gaining a new perspective on things. With my guided meditation classes or individual meditation sessions, you will gain more clarity and insight, deepen your intuition, fuel your creativity and gain support to start living your life to the fullest.
